Your ticket & entry

Bring a valid pass for each guest and check the date on it before you set off. Save the ticket on your phone and show its QR code at the entrance. Keep the QR private; a screenshot can be used just like the original.

Each pass allows one entry per valid event day. Once it has been scanned in, it cannot be used again that day. If the QR won’t scan, give the entry team the ticket number printed beneath it.

Cancellations & refunds

Please contact the organiser to confirm cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Cancelling a ticket and receiving a payment refund are separate processes.

Your information

We use the details you provide to issue your pass, help with booking questions and record your entry. You do not need an account. Anyone with a private ticket link can open that ticket, so share it only with the person using the pass.
